In the heart of Somerset, Pennard House is surrounded by gardens, orchards and countryside. Part of the Dearen family since it was built in the 17th century. The estate has been passed down through generations and is still run by the Dearen family today.
Behind the scenes, lies a small and unsuspecting, yet serious and sustainable working farm. On the estate sits over 80-acres of cider apple orchards. The apples are farmed to produce several popular local cider varieties, including their very own and very drinkable ‘Pennard Weasel’ cider. And yes, this will be available over the weekend.
